• Fax or email our New Instruction Form for each EPC you require
• We will then arrange for our assessor to make contact with either yourself, your landlord or tenant within two hours
• The assessor will arrange a mutually convenient appointment within the next two working days
• We will issue you the Energy Performance Certificate within 1 working day of the assessment
• Vouchers will be issued at the end of each month with our invoice
